Plan Ease is an AI powered trip planning application, designed to offer personalized trip recommendations based on time, place, and users input, allowing users to find the perfect travel itinerary to fit their unique needs.

It leverages AI to provide mood based recommendations based on users' preferences allowing them to find the perfect itinerary that fits their unique needs. User will have option to leave ratings and comments for itineraries they undertook as well as specific activities, hotel, restaurants included in the itinerary. The platform will also includes a feature that allows users to manage their itinerary, making modifications to it and sharing it with their companions.

To identify competitors for PlanEase, we conducted market research in the travel planning app market by carrying out online searches, reading travel blogs and magazines, and asking respondents in user interviews about their preferred apps or websites. Based on popularity, we narrowed down direct competitors to Expedia, Hopper and RoadTripper and included Google as an indirect competitor.


We then analysed the identified competitors based on their features, pricing, user reviews, and marketing strategies.
